Large and comfortable room. Japanese style futon bedding. Complementary beverages in lounge. Enjoyable onsen hot bath. Convenient pick-up service. Free shuttle to ski/rope way area. Friendly and polite staff. Lovely kaiseki dinner with local produce

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I loved my stay in this ryokan. The location is perfect, as it is only a few minutes walk from the ski areas and the surrounding shops. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and clean, including the onsen and the other amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. The breakfast served was delicious, and the Japanese-style dinner exceeded my expectations.

    Couldn't stay longer.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this place! The location was perfect, nestled right on the Onsen street in the village. It was such a peaceful and picturesque setting, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The heating and air conditioning kept me comfortable throughout my stay, and I loved the flat-screen TV and electric kettle provided in the room. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The free shuttle service was a great convenience, making it easy for me to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. The hot spring bath was a delight, providing a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

I would recommend this venue to everyone.

Spent Easter weekend at a beautiful ryokan nestled in the mountains. The highlights were a tranquil onsen with breathtaking views and a yukata to wear while enjoying it. The ryokan also had an amazing kaiseki dinner and a breakfast spread with a variety of dishes. The attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and were friendly and welcoming.

Although the ryokan was secluded, it was a bit inconvenient that it was a 10-minute walk to the main attractions. However, they did offer a shuttle service to the mountain and bus terminal for easy access.

Located near the bus station, the hotel sits on the hillside of a quaint village, offering a relaxing retreat. the spacious Japanese rooms come with a massage chair and onsen. the hotel also provides a dry room and gear rentals for skiing enthusiasts. With breakfast included, guests can fuel up before walking to the nearby souvenir shops.

The staff's limited English skills can lead to communication difficulties, as mentioned in some reviews.
